County Contractor Bonds

Fort Bend

Contractors working on cables, pole lines, or conduits in or around public roads and right-of-ways in Fort Bend County will need to file a Performance Bond.

Galveston

Contractors that are planning to install pipelines or utilities along or across a public road in Galveston County, Texas must obtain a permit and $100,000 Right-of-Way Bond.

Harris

Contractors working in Harris County / Harris County Flood Control District roadways must file a Bond Covering Construction of Facilities in the Rights-of-Way.

Travis

Property owners in Travis County who need the construction of a new or improved driveway access point that leads to a public road must first obtain a Right-of-Way Permit and bond.

I, the undersigned, hereby apply for a Dishonesty Bond also known as a Business Service Bond or Janitorial Service Bond (“bond”) to the Surety Company (“SURETY”) through Jet Insurance Company (“JET”), with whom I hereby grant the authority to act on my behalf with respect to the bond and assign as my Broker of Record, and declare that the statements herein are true and correct.
