The Right of Way Bond or Right of Way Perpetual Bond will be held active by Harris County until it can be released. Once the construction has been completed, the County will pass inspection to see whether the work was done in compliance with the Request for Construction. If you pass the inspection, the County will release the bond, provided that you will guarantee and maintain the work for one year following the inspection.
