Contractor License Bond
Contractors submitting a Contractor Registration Application or Mechanical Registration Application must include a $25,000 Contractor Bond as part of their registration. The bond is used to guarantee that the contractor will complete their contract and be financially responsible for any damages caused.

Right of Way Bond
When utility companies are doing work in the public right-of-way , they are required to file a Right-of-Way Bond along with the permit. The bond must be at least $5,000, in an amount adequate enough to make sure that the site will be restored after the excavation is completed.
