The original signed and sealed Plumbing Contractor Bond and your completed Registration Application for Plumbing must be filed together with the Warren County Health District at the following mailing address:

The Plumbing Contractor Bond is required to ensure that the plumber will follow the regulations of their license and the safety rules instilled by the Warren County Health District. If a violation or breach of contractor is committed that leads to financial damages for the county or a person of the public, the surety bond may act as a financial guarantee for the harmed party. For example, if the plumbing contractor completes a plumbing installation that is not up to code and refuses to go back and resolve the construction matter, the damaged party may file a claim on the contractor’s bond to cover the costs of hiring a new plumbing contractor to complete the project up to county regulations.
