The Sewer Builder Permit Bond is required by the Village of Richfield in order to provide an assurance to the Planning and Zoning Department that the contractor is licensed, qualified, and will follow all rules and regulations of their sewer builder permit. The surety bond also guarantees that the contractor will maintain the project for one full year after the Department has approved the contractor’s workmanship for completed approval.
