According to the City of Mansfield, Ohio Ordinances, the Contractor Bond is required of demolition contractors, plumbers, and sewer tappers by the Building and Codes Department as a way to legally ensure that the contractor will follow all rules and regulations of their license or permit, as well as any appropriate construction standards.
