Both the Contractor Bond and the Special Hauling Permit Bond are required to ensure that the individual will comply with the applicable regulations of their license, as well as the necessary county ordinances. If the licensee commits a violation that leads to physical and/or financial damages for Mahoning County or a person of the public, the surety bond may be used as restitution for losses incurred by the harmed party.
