Both the Sidewalk Contractor Bond and Plumbing Installation Bond are required by the Hamilton County government to ensure that the contractor will follow all rules and regulations of their license/permit, as well as all applicable county codes regarding their construction field. If the contractor commits a violation that leads to financial damages for the county or a person of the public and refuses to resolve the issue, the surety bond may be used as restitution for losses incurred by the harmed party.

To renew, complete the standard payment due, and your surety bond will remain active with Hamilton County, Ohio for another term.
