Both the Sidewalk Contractor Bond and Plumbing Installation Bond are required by the Hamilton County government to ensure that the contractor will follow all rules and regulations of their license/permit, as well as all applicable county codes regarding their construction field. If the contractor commits a violation that leads to financial damages for the county or a person of the public and refuses to resolve the issue, the surety bond may be used as restitution for losses incurred by the harmed party. 

The Jet team will send you a renewal invoice for either your Contractor Sidewalk Bond or Plumbing Installation Bond prior to its expiration date by mail and email. To renew, complete the standard payment due, and your surety bond will remain active with Hamilton County, Ohio for another term. A bond must be on file with the County for the duration the contractor is completing work.

I, the undersigned, hereby apply for a Dishonesty Bond also known as a Business Service Bond or Janitorial Service Bond (“bond”) to the Surety Company (“SURETY”) through Jet Insurance Company (“JET”), with whom I hereby grant the authority to act on my behalf with respect to the bond and assign as my Broker of Record, and declare that the statements herein are true and correct.
