Anyone who brandishes a sign within Dublin must hold a permit to do so and must follow the regulations found in Chapter 153 of the Dublin Code of Ordinances pertaining to signs. Failure to fulfill the permit obligations can lead to claims on the bond. 

Right of way contractors are also bound to the obligations of their permit; failure to complete the project as specified in the permit can result in bond claims.
