Plumbing Contractor Bond
Delaware Public Health District
PO Box 570

Winter Temporary Occupancy Permit Bond
City of Delaware
ATTN: Planning and Development
1 South Sandusky St
Delaware, OH 43015
The Plumbing Contractor Bond is used to pacify the Public Health District that the contractor will repair and install plumbing systems according to the Ohio Plumbing Code. If the contractor violates these regulations and causes damage or harm, the liability falls on the contractor and not the District.
The Winter Temporary Occupancy Permit Bond is used by the Delaware Planning and Development Department to ensure that a contractor will oblige the specifications of the permit. Failure to comply can cause damages, which can be recovered by taking action on the bond.
