According to the Clermont County Plumbing Regulations, the Plumbing Contractor Bond is required to ensure that the individual will follow all rules and requirements regarding their license. If the plumbing contractor commits a license violation or breach of contract that leads to financial damages for the Board of Health or a person of the public, the surety bond may be used as restitution for losses incurred by the damaged party.
