The Bexley Building and Zoning Department requires the Contractor Bond to ensure that the contractor will abide by all regulations of their license and perform permitted projects up to code. If the Department finds that the contractor has committed license violations that have caused damages to the city or the public, the surety bond will act as a financial guarantee for losses incurred.
