To be eligible for a resident or non-resident public adjuster license in the State of Montana, the Department of Insurance requires a $5,000 Public Adjuster Bond to be maintained by the applicant.
Jet Insurance Company provides the Public Adjuster Bond as a financial assurance to the Department that the public adjuster will comply with the regulations of their license. In cases where the licensee commits a violation (e.g. negligence, breach of contract, unethical conduct, or fraud), the surety bond may act as a form of restitution to any party that has suffered from financial damages.
The Montana Public Adjuster Bond may be purchased instantly at just $10 a month!
At Jet, the $5,000 Public Adjuster Bond is available for instant purchase at the guaranteed price of $100 for a one-year bond term or a simple payment of $10 a month.
In addition, Jet offers 2- and 3-year bond terms at the following prices.
Bond Term | Cost |
---|---|
Monthly | $10 |

Once licensed by the Montana Commissioner of Securities and Insurance, the public adjuster is responsible for working on behalf of insured individuals, fulfilling customer contracts, and following all license regulations pursuant to Title 33, Chapter 17 of the Montana Code Annotated. If the above requirements are not upheld by the public adjuster and wrongful damages are caused, funds from the Public Adjuster Bond may be used to compensate the harmed party for any financial losses incurred.
No application is required of you! All you need to do is select the button below to get started with your purchase. The Jet team only needs your contact details and payment information to be submitted. As soon as the bond has been officially purchased, Jet will provide you with a copy of your receipt and bond form via email. An original copy will then be sent to your mailing address of choice.
At checkout, you can either have the Jet team file your bond form for you or you may select the option to take care of this step yourself. It’s up to you.
