Florida businesses hauling waste or waste products may be required to have a surety bond. Requiring entities include Pinellas County, City of Callaway, and Waste Management of Tampa/Pinella/Passco.

Orange County - Waste Tires

The Orange County Solid Waste Division mandates a permit and a $1,000 Waste Tire Permit Bond of waste tire transporters.

Osceola County - Solid Waste

Commercial solid waste businesses that enter into a Solid Waste Franchise Agreement with Osceola County, Florida are required to obtain a Solid Waste Franchise Bond. 

Polk County - Waste Water Permit

A $10,000 Waste Water Permit Bond (known as the Hauler and Land Spreader of Waste Water Bond) is required of businesses who are applying for a waste water residuals permit with Polk County, Florida.

I, the undersigned, hereby apply for a Dishonesty Bond also known as a Business Service Bond or Janitorial Service Bond (“bond”) to the Surety Company (“SURETY”) through Jet Insurance Company (“JET”), with whom I hereby grant the authority to act on my behalf with respect to the bond and assign as my Broker of Record, and declare that the statements herein are true and correct.
