The Lake Wales Building Division requires a $5,000 Registration Bond for state-licensed contractors as a prerequisite to gaining approval to work within the City.
Jet provides the surety bond to guarantee financial assurance to the Division that all state license regulations and local city construction standards will be upheld by the contractor. If a violation occurs, restitution will be available to the harmed customer.
Contractors may purchase the $5,000 Registration Bond for the guaranteed price of $100 for a one-year bond term or just $10 a month. To get started with your purchase, select the “Quote” button above.
If you are interested in multi-year bond terms, additional payment plan options can be found in Jet’s price chart below.
Bond Term | Cost |
---|---|
Monthly | $10 |
1 Year | $100 |
2 Years | $175 |
